Bribes were taken from citizens for properties, a former employee of the Property Handling Agency in Tirana was arrested, and 9 others were criminally prosecuted, of which 2 with the security measure "House arrest", 1 with the measure "Prohibition of leaving the country" and 6 with the measure "Forcing to appear before the Judicial Police", as they are suspected of having offered bribes to obtain financial compensation from the Property Handling Agency.

Procedohen penalisht 9 shtetas të tjerë, nga të cilët 2 me masë sigurie “Arrest në shtëpi”, 1 me masën “Ndalimi i daljes jashtë shtetit” dhe 6 me masën “Detyrimi për t’u paraqitur në Policinë Gjyqësore”, pasi dyshohet se kanë ofruar ryshfet për të përfituar kompensim financiar nga Agjencia e Trajtimit të Pronave.
Në vijim të operacioneve të njëpasnjëshme të zhvilluara nga Drejtoria Hetimore në Policinë e Shtetit, për goditjen e krimeve ekonomike dhe korrupsionit, nga Njësia “E” Për Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomike dhe Financiare në Drejtorinë Hetimore, në bashkëpunim me Drejtoritë Vendore të Policisë Tiranë dhe Durrës, u finalizua me sukses operacioni policor i koduar “Clean”, në kuadër të të cilit u bë ekzekutimi i masave të sigurisë të caktuara nga Gjykata e Posaçme e Shkallës së Parë për Korrupsionin dhe Krimin e Organizuar, e cila ka caktuar masat:
– “Arrest në burg”, për shtetasin I. K., 54 vjeç, banues në Tiranë, ish-punonjës (specialist) i Agjencisë së Trajtimit të Pronave, Tiranë, i dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale “Korrupsioni pasiv i personave që ushtrojnë funksione publike”;
– “Arrest në shtëpi”, për shtetasin D. L., 33 vjeç, banues në Tiranë, i dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale “Korrupsioni aktiv i personave që ushtrojnë funksione publike”;
– “Ndalimi i daljes jashtë shtetit”, për shtetasen V. B., 55 vjeçe, banuese në Tiranë, e dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale “Korrupsioni aktiv i personave që ushtrojnë funksione publike”;
– “Detyrimi për t’u paraqitur në Policinë Gjyqësore”, për shtetasit: Xh. V., J. Z., A. H. dhe D. D., banues në Durrës, të katërt banues në Durrës; G. T. dhe L. A., të dy banues në Tiranë, të dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale “Korrupsioni aktiv i personave që ushtrojnë funksione publike”;
Gjithashtu, është shpallur në kërkim shtetasi A. G., banues në Durrës, për të cilin Gjykata ka caktuar masën e sigurisë “Arrest në shtëpi”, për veprën penale “Korrupsioni aktiv i personave që ushtrojnë funksione publike”.
Drejtoria Hetimore në Departamentin e Policisë Kriminale ka referuar materialet në Prokurorinë e Posaçme kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar, e cila ka regjistruar procedimin penal, në vitin 2021.
