Jeton Lami told Gledis Nanos in the office the names of the 12 chief police

Jeton Lami is the operational police officer who knows a lot about the mysterious fate of Ervis Martinaj's disappearance.

At the same time, this officer arrested just a few days after the disappearance of Martinaj in Shijak, turned out to be one of the next causes that brought the reopening of the conflict between the Minister of the Interior, Bledi Çuçi and the Director of the State Police, Gladis Nano.

"Ora News" has learned from reliable sources that Jeton Lami, after being informed through a video accompanying Ervis Martinaj and that there was an arrest warrant against him, he held a meeting with the General Director of Police Gladis Nano.

The meeting, which lasted 2 hours and 30 minutes, took place face to face in the office of the head of the police, Gladis Nano.

It is in this meeting that Jeton Lami is said to have informed Nano about the fate of Ervis Martinaj, the reasons why he was accompanying the wanted SPAK by car and at the same time he showed other police officers that Martinaj had contacts."

Jeton Lami has confirmed to Gladis Nanos that 12 senior police officers, who are still in office and ex-officers, have kept in touch with and helped Ervis Martinaj.

"Ora Neës" learns that a friendly embassy in Albania has been informed about the names of senior police officers. Some of these 12 names are in the Central Directorate of Police, while some have scope in districts.

From what Nano learns, he asked Jeton Lam that his confession be recorded in order to have the effect of procedural evidence.

But Jeton Lami did not accept Nano's proposal, for security reasons. Lam is currently being held in the "Shën Kolli" prison in Lezhë, and until this stage the accusation against him is that of "Abuse of duty".

While Gladis Nano, the General Director of the State Police, has been dismissed from office.

Before being asked to resign and then being fired, Gladis Nano held a meeting with Minister Bledi Çuçi, informing him about the content of the testimony of arrested officer Jeton Lamit and the names of senior police officials that he has shown.

Three days after this meeting, Minister Çuçi called Gladis Nanon to his office, asking her to resign due to criminal events, the public's lack of trust in the police and other reasons.

Nano has insisted on not resigning, refusing to leave. But his job position has been resolved with the official dismissal made on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 by Prime Minister Rama.
