Who are the anti-corruption champions in third world countries, between them and Altin Dumani

The United States of America announces the head of SPAK, Altin Duman, as the "champion of anti-corruption" for 2024.
The award was made by the outgoing Biden administration at the US State Department, while the award was presented by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
But Altin Dumani was not the only one who received this evaluation from DASH, where this list also includes 9 other names as trucks in the fight against corruption. You only need to glance at the list of names to realize that they are all from third world countries.
Gambia, Panama, Nepal, Uganda, Armenia, Lebanon, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Colombia are the representatives of these countries that were announced today as champions of the fight against corruption for 2024.
The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani was honored at a ceremony in Washington, just a few days after the Republican Party in the USA led the adoption of a resolution stating that Dumani's attacks on the opposition are politically motivated.
Not only that, but Blinken has been publicly accused by senior politicians in Albania of his ties to ultra-leftist billionaire George Soros.
