The one you see in the photo is Edmir Frroku, one of the two brothers wanted by the Shkodra police for the murder of two brothers-in-law, Ersild Ishmi and Arsid Hoxha.
Edmir Frroku, turns out to be a former European champion in the year 2000 in the sport of Arm Wrestling, national champion and at the same time the President of the Arm Wrestling Federation in Albania.
But a single event that took place in the premises of the "Holiday" hotel in Velipoja, brought the worsening of the situation, killing two persons, Ersild Ishmi and Arsid Hoxha, who had gone to the property of the Frroku brothers, to clarify a conflict that had occurred two months ago.
In order to find them, the police of Shkodra have also contacted the family members with the aim of handing them over to the police.
The situation between the two families in Shkodër is quite aggravated and to avoid any deterioration, the police have added control services in the area.
The waiter, Zyber Zagrad, a 26-year-old resident of Dibër, was also accidentally injured in this attack, who was detained by the police after treatment at the hospital.
Marjo Pali, a 29-year-old resident of Shkodër, was arrested together with him.
Both are employees at the hotel owned by the Frroku brothers, but their role in the incident has not yet been clarified by the police.
The serious event has its origins in a conflict that occurred at noon on June 28, 2024 in the hotel of two brothers, Edmir and Gëzim Frroku, where Ersid Ishmi had gone to have lunch.
The waiter in the restaurant, Ishmi's cousin, argued with the chef after the order was delayed.
The 33-year-old Ishmi intervened in this debate, who took out his pistol in the restaurant of the Frroku family and threatened the cook with his life. Ishmi was arrested in Vaun e Deja on July 14 and the Shkodra court placed him under "house arrest" as a security measure.
On the evening of August 19, Ishmi broke the security measure, took his brother-in-law Arsid Hoxha with him and went to the hotel to clarify the conflict they had left halfway. Around 21:00 there was a conflict between two Frroku brothers and two brothers-in-law in front of the hotel.
The two brothers shot with guns, leaving the two brothers-in-law Hoxha and Ishmi seriously wounded, who died as soon as they entered the operating room at the hospital in Shkodra.
Ersild Ishmi was hit by 3 bullets in the chest and abdomen, while Hoxha was hit by 2 bullets in the chest and abdomen.
