A 32-year-old man from Kosovo was arrested by the police in the Port of Durrës.
The AK citizen was put in handcuffs, after trying to leave Albania, with a residence permit in the French state, suspected of being forged, which was seized as material evidence.
Meanwhile, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings were initiated in a free state for the citizen AM, 26 years old, resident in Berat, as he is suspected of having crossed the border, in violation of the law.
"The Border Police Services of PKK Port Durrës, based on the risk analysis, have intensified controls, with the aim of preventing, identifying and cracking down on illegalities at the border. As a result, 2 cases were found in this area, for which:
- a citizen of AK, 32 years old, resident in Kosovo, was arrested red-handed, after he tried to leave our country, with a residence permit in the French state, suspected of being forged, which was seized as material evidence; - the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings were initiated in a free state for the citizen AM, 26 years old, resident in Berat, as he is suspected of having crossed the border, in violation of the law", the police announcement states.
