Këtë pasuri Martinaj ja ka dhuruar 46-vjeçares Gelmona Tarja. Ndërsa një pasuri tjetër që SPAK ka dyshime të forta se është dhuruar, rezulton të jetë një vilë në Surrel. Prona ndodhet shumë pranë rrugicës, ku ndodhet vila e kryeministrit Edi Rama në fshatin Surrel.
Kjo pasuri rezulton të jetë në emër të biznesmenit Fatmir Vuthaj. Por SPAK, ka dyshime të forta se pronari real i blerjes së kësaj prone, është pikërisht Ervis Martinaj.
Një muaj pas blerjes së vilës dhe rregjistrimit të saj në hipotekën e Tiranës, Fatmir Vuthaj ka firmosur një kontratë qëraje me Ervis Martinaj, duke ja lënë këtij të fundit të drejtën e banimit në këtë vilë.
