The death of the former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi in June of this year, caused the Italian media to highlight interesting details from his life, where the most talked about is his staggering wealth.

With the death of the former prime minister, the Berlusconi family has decided to sell all the real estate owned by him, excluding one of them.

It is about the "Acora" villa, which was owned by the former leader of Forza Italia.

According to his family, the sale of the villa will be considered if the offer to buy it will be suitable.

The most valuable part of his property is undoubtedly Villa Certosa, a giant villa on the Costa Smeralda, which in 2021 was valued at 259 million euros by the studio "Magnano & Partners.

"In general, most of the real estate of Silvio Berlusconi was placed in the administration of the company "Dolcedrago" and in particular within the real estate company Idra, which had buildings and land worth 412 million euros.
Also within the same company are Villa Grande, a luxury residence in Appia Antica that belonged to Franco Zeffirelli, and Villa Belvedere, in Macherio.

Outside "Dolcegrago", the former Italian prime minister owned properties such as Villa Gernetto, in Brianza, which was supposed to become the headquarters of Universitas Libertatis, worth 44.8 million euros.

Among other things, Berlusconi owned land worth 12 million euros, as well as the Fiamma cinema in Rome, in the Piazza della Repubblica area, worth 4 million euros, including the King cinema, which closed its doors her in 2022, two villas in Antigua, Villa Campari on Lake Maggiore, Villa Due Palme in Lampedusa, 5 apartments and two garages.
