Në të kundërt, a do të kërkohej interpretim juridik nëse, fjala vjen, çmendet kryetari i grupit parlamentar të PS-së dhe së bashku me 20 deputetë i bashkëngjitet “Foltores” së Berishës?! A do ta marrë me vete në marrëzinë e tij edhe drejtimin e grupit parlamentar apo partia që e ka mandatuar për të qenë i tillë do të dërgojë një shkresë dhe do vendosë emra të rinj të drejtimin e grupit?!
Lindita Nikolla në atë pozicion, edhe pse është e zgjedhur e Partisë Socialiste, është për të qenë mbarëvajtëse e punëve të Kuvendit të Shqipërisë dhe nuk mund të bëhet pjesë e cirkut të “Foltores” sa herë që ka seanca plenare.
