Ndërkohë, nga Ministria e Tregtisë, kanë thënë se janë duke analizuar çmimet e derivateve, dhe se varësisht nga situata, do të mund të ketë edhe ndonjë vendim të ri rreth kësaj. “Vendimi i MINT ka qenë në fuqi nga data 03/08/2023 – 03/09/2023, pasi që mbi bazën e një analize në treg është konstatuar se kishte lëvizje të paarsyeshme të çmimeve të derivateve në treg;
Gjatë periudhës sa Vendimi ishte në fuqi, Inspektorati i Tregut në bashkëpunim me Inspektoratin e ATK-së kanë realizuar 30 inspektime ku është bërë analiza e çmimeve të furnizimit dhe është kalkuluar marzha tregtare;
Nga gjithsej 30 inspektime, është konstatuar se 14 operatorë ekonomik nuk kanë respektuar vendimin e MINT për rregullimin e çmimit të produkteve të naftës;
