Justice reform that is ruining the corrupt elite of the two main political parties

Since the 2021 elections, I have continuously written that the end of Edi Rama will come, not from the fact that the opposition will topple him, but that an unusual project has begun to be implemented by the United States of America.
The unbelievers, who for the sake of truth are still many in number, still do not want to accept the fact that the Socialist Party and the Democratic Party are changing, not out of desire, not out of their good will, but that the unusual project of the USA- it is giving results.
The two parties have developed political activity in the same country, in the same state, and have governed the same people. Since 1992 until today, these two political forces have built and used the same institutional and human infrastructures, creating an almost unbreakable network of corrupt and nepotistic connections. For a small country like Albania, this was a big challenge, almost impossible to solve through self-regulation and the functioning of law-enforcement institutions; because all these institutions were under the control of these two political forces. For this reason, the United States initiated the Justice Reform, undoubtedly one of the most radical reforms undertaken globally under the conditions of a democracy.
Apparently, keeping in mind the characteristics of Albania, the United States chose the path of internal reformation of the political class, without provoking them to realize this through other political forces. This shows that the US basically knew not only the two main pratis, but also the infrastructure and culture on which they had built their nepotistic power.
It is very interesting how the Law Reform was conceived and built, forcing 140 members of the Albanian Parliament to vote with both hands, despite the fact that Edi Rama, Ilir Meta and Sali Berisha knew very well that their vote was nothing more little more than the beginning of the end of their power. Thus, on July 21, 2016, the Law Reform came into being, which is proving to be the most important state-forming reform in the political history of Albania.
Shtetet e Bashkuara u përqëndruan tek dy hallka kyçe të Reformës; SPAK (bashkë me BKH) dhe Gjykata e Posaçme. Këto janë dy instrumentat kryesor që po shkatërrojnë "Eldoradon" e dy partive politike që kanë ndërtuar bashkë me krimin e organizuar. Dhe goditjet e SPAK nuk janë të thjeshta; por të mirëmenduara dhe të studiuara; në pikat kyçe të qeverisë së Kryeministrit Edi Rama. Dhe Edi Rama është i ndërgjegjshëm se ky është edhe fundi i tij politik, por në ndryshim nga opozita, ai është i dënuar të shoh rrënimin e "Eldorados" së tij politike duke qenë në pushtet. Duket sheshit se ai po bën vetëm një negociatë - të ardhmen e tij - por që mesa duket fundi i tij tashmë është vendosur.
Aktet dhe qëndrimet e fundit të Edi Ramës kanë vetëm një shpjegim; se ai po përpiqet të shpëtojë atë që mund të shpëtohet, qoftë edhe vetëm veten e tij, paçka se bashkëpunëtorët e tij në parti, qeveri dhe nëpër organizatat e krimit të organizuar (dhe biznesit) po i lëshon një e nga një. Kështu, kështjella e pamposhtur e Edi Ramës po shkërmoqet nga Shtetet e Bashkuara të Amerikës, edhe pse është në pushtet dhe pa opozitën përballë. Ai e di më mirë se kushdo tjetër në Shqipëri se fundi është afër; ndaj po i hedh një e nga një bashkëpunëtorët si ngarkesa të tepërta, që mund ta fundosin në çdo moment.
Një parti si Partia Socialiste, një konklomerat mes krimit të organizuar, biznesit dhe politikës po shuhet para syve tanë; ndërsa Edi Ramës nuk i mbetet gjë tjetër veçse të mendojë se si të shpëtojë bythën e vet. Përpjekjet për reformimin e partisë janë vetëm një pjesë e manovrave të tij për mbijetesë; ndaj mbetet të shohim se cili do të jetë rezultati.
Nga ana tjetër, megjithse Partia Demokratike është në ditët e saj më të zeza, duket se ajo mbetet shpresa e vetme për ndryshim. Foltorja si e tillë nën drejtimin e Sali Berishës është në muajt e fundit të mbijetesës, ndërsa pjesa tjetër po hedh themelet e një opozite pa asnjë ngarkesë negative, e papërfolur për lidhje me krimin e organizuar ose me biznesin korruptiv. Sigurisht që rruga e opozitës nuk është një fushë me lule, por me sa duket, është e vetmja mundësi që edhe Partia Demokratike të çlirohet nga mëkatarët dhe mëkatet e saj, si njëra nga tre aksioneret e "Eldorados" kriminale shqiptare.
The radical change that is taking place in the Socialist Party and the Democratic Party is not an easy process, and it certainly would never have happened without the Justice Reform dictated by the United States of America. Many people still do not believe that this is really happening, but the cold facts show that Albania has entered the final phase of transition. Both parties can now only slow down the process, but they can never stop it. Many people will end up in prisons, some will be punished more, some less, others may even face justice, but ultimately, they will no longer be the people who will dictate the future of Albanians.
