Party in the sky/ 47 pilots from 11 different countries of the world parachute show in Berat

47 pilots from 7 different countries flew for 3 days in a row in the sky of Berat, during the "Berati Open Air" international skydiving championship. For 3 days in a row, the sky of the city of Berat was filled with parachutes, creating not only a different atmosphere in the city but also a real spectacle in the air, with the flags of different countries on the competitors' parachutes.
The International Parachuting Championship, which takes place for the second time in Berat, brought together 47 competitors from Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Bulgaria, etc., while present in this competition is the reigning World Champion in "Parachuting", the Slovenian Matjas Sluga.
The start of the parachute races began at the height of Mount Partizan and after the completion of the planned itinerary, the paratroopers all landed on the banks of the Osum River. At the end of this championship, prizes were distributed to the participating competitors. The world champion in parachuting, the pilot from Slovenia, Matjas Sluga, has been ranked first for parachuting in the "Berati Open Air" championship.
In second place was the pilot Eduart Daci from Kosovo and in third place the pilot from Albania Xhonatan Islami. The winner of the first place received a reward of 1 thousand euros, this award is given to encourage and motivate the arrival of as many foreign participants as possible in this event, in order to promote the historical and cultural values of the city of Berat, part of UNESCO -s.
