A person is suspected of threatening the judge and those present during a court session in Peja.

The spokesperson for the Peja Prosecution Office, Shkodran Nikçi, said that the suspect has escaped and is being sought.

Nikçi stressed that searches have been conducted at the suspect's apartment. He said that work is continuing to locate and capture the suspect.

"In Banja i Peja during a civil hearing, all parties were present, as well as the judge. One party came out with a gun and threatened all parties, including the judge. The same person fled the scene, his house was raided with the prosecutor's authorization and is currently being sought by the Kosovo police for arrest ," said Nikçi.
