Zana challenges Zara/ The store with an Albanian name in Britain wins the trial with the clothing giant

The owner of a small boutique in Britain won the lawsuit against the clothing giant Zara. The legal battle was started by the Spanish clothing company, which took the Albanian to court for the way it had conceived the store and for the similarity of the names.
Amber Kotrri, who runs Darlington-based House of Zana, says there was a "high degree of visual and aural similarity" between her store and Zara's.
But the court ruled that this similarity was "very insignificant".
"It's been over a year and very stressful in my life at home, as a mother of three young children, as well as in business as there have been hours and hours of preparing evidence documents," she was quoted as saying by the BBC. .
"My daughter's due date coincided with when the last session was scheduled, so it hasn't been easy."
Ms Kotrri said she received an email informing her of the court's decision while she was at the theater with her three children - but it took her several days to work up the courage to open the letter.
"It's been very stressful - but we won," she says.
In May, Ms. Kotrri, who went to trial without a voter, argued that the brands cannot be confused.
Julia King, representing Zara, said the Zana name was a small detail away from her client's, adding that the County Durham-based brand was "not distinctive and only descriptive".
King claimed Zana's store could pose a "serious threat" to Zara if the market was flooded with look-alike brands.
Inditex, the parent company of Zara - is one of the world's largest fashion groups with 6,477 stores, including Bershka, Pull & Bear and Massimo Dutti.
Amber's husband is Albanian and the name of the shop was chosen as such.
