Unusual/ Flamur Noka orders commissioners: No Greek vote will be counted

Flamur Noka, Secretary General of the Democratic Party, arrived at the Olympic Park in Tirana on the eve of midnight, where the diaspora votes were collected.
Noka is heard addressing the DP commissioners, telling them that they will not count any votes from immigrants from Greece. "Let the CEC deal with them," Noka says.
Tensions accompanied the Olympic Park premises for several moments, where representatives of the majority accused the CEC administration, but also the DP counters, of blocking the process.
Taulant Balla stated that the counters cannot contest the envelopes, but the ballots when the process begins, since until now, the separation of envelopes B, which contains the voter's address, was being done with envelope A, which contains the ballot.
Balla stated that the acts of the tellers constitute a criminal offense punishable by imprisonment, while the representative of the DP, Marash Logu, stated that the opposition does not trust the process of voting from abroad in the state of Greece.
