The threat to the prosecutors, Balla: The dog that barks does not bite, we will increase the measures

The Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, was called to the KLP meeting to discuss the safety of prosecutors. The head of the KLP, Alfred Balla, Minister Balla, the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, the General Director of the Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, were at the meeting.

Balla says that this is not the first meeting to discuss this topic with the head of the KLP. However, in this case, the meeting was called to discuss the increase of security measures for prosecutors Merita Selimi and Doloreza Musabelliu. For both of these prosecutors, it was hinted that they were on the black list to be eliminated by Laert Haxhi's gang. These data were revealed by Artan Tafani, in the confession made by him to the prosecutor Kreshnik Ajazi.

Artan Tafani revealed all the crimes committed by him and other members of the gang over the past years, among them were six murders, explosions with explosives and among them, the two aforementioned prosecutors were targeted.

Minister Balla says that the head of the National Information Service will also be notified.
