DP reports to Tirana Prosecutor's Office the SP candidate in Shkodra district: He hid his prison sentence

The Democratic Party has reported to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office the SP candidate for MP in Shkodër, Fushë Arrëzi area, Ervin Doda.
In the criminal complaint, which bears the signature of the Secretary General of the DP, Flamur Noka, the SP candidate is accused of having concealed information on the decriminalization form about his past, more specifically 5 months in prison for the suspected criminal offenses of intimidation and illegal possession of weapons.
According to the report, Ervin Doda was arrested in 2016 and served 5 months in prison as a suspect for the criminal offenses of intimidation and illegal possession of weapons. (Doda was ultimately found not guilty).
Doda has completed the decriminalization form in 2023 in his capacity as a member of the Fushë Arrëz Municipal Council, representative of the Socialist Party.
Also, Ervin Doda has completed the decriminalization form in 2025 as a candidate for MP in the May 11 elections.
The DP's report states that Ervin Doda, in both forms, answering question no. 4, stated that he had never been arrested for committing a criminal offense, while it turns out that he had served 5 months in prison.
