"Albania, the most corrupt country in the Balkans"/ Tabaku: Here's how we can overthrow the rotten system of 3 decades

DP MP Jorida Tabaku declares that Albania is the least favorable place to do business, as according to her there is a captive state that adopts custom laws. Tabaku also says that the tax system favors oligarchy and not competition.
REACTION:
What can a middle class do today? Can he buy a house without having a high interest rate on his head because house prices have skyrocketed?! No!
Is there a better salary and more income than yesterday? No! The income of Albanians is the lowest in the region.
Is his ability taxed more than the businesses of oligarchs? Yes! Today, the middle class is taxed at 23%. A special law will tax self-employed entrepreneurs at 23% as well, while oligarchs are given unlimited tax amnesties.
Albania is the least suitable country for doing business in the region. There is one captured state that has passed over 10 custom laws.
A tax system that favors oligarchy and not competition.
The most corrupt country in the Western Balkans, while the Albanians are the first in Europe due to the lack of meritocracy and social mobility.
How can we escape? My three proposed points at the start of the parliamentary session:
The free market versus the captured market and the captured state that produces a closed system.
The fight against corruption through laws and the political will that this government does not have.
Social mobility achieved through competition rather than oligarchy.
We can overthrow the rotten system of 3 decades through Market Freedom, social mobility, fight against corruption & low taxes.
