Beef ribs covered in gravy sauce a perfect recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
180 g beef ribs (short, meat)
salt
pepper
2 cups onion (chopped)
1 cup flour
1 cup celery (chopped)
1 cup carrot (chopped)
1 tablespoon thyme (chopped) dry)
2 tablespoons garlic (minced)
3 bay leaves
1 cup red wine
8 cups beef broth
1/4 cup parsley (fresh, chopped)
Preparation:
Marinate the ribs with salt and pepper to taste. Fry the ribs in oil, in small batches (2-3 minutes per batch), adding more oil as needed to brown the meat. Set the ribs aside.
In the same pot, add onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add the celery and carrots and cook for 1 minute more.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and then stir in the garlic, bay leaves and thyme.
Pour some red wine into the pot.
