Roasted shrimp with garlic and honey.
The whole secret lies in marinating the shrimp.
½ cup of honey
6 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
½ teaspoon red pepper powder
36 cleaned and peeled shrimps
Finely chopped spring onion or parsley for serving.
In a bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic and red pepper powder. Mix it all together well.
In this mixture, add the shrimps. Stir them by hand to marinate well.
Wrap the bowl with a kitchen bag and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Then you can bake the shrimps on a grill or in a preheated oven at 200° for 5-7 minutes.
Do not forget to lay a kitchen paper on the pan beforehand.
These shrimp will taste so good with some green onion or parsley on top!
