Cutlets with zucchini
Cutlets with zucchini are a special second dish, which adds a special taste to your table. This recipe is prepared quickly and can also serve as a nice aperitif.
460 g of pumpkin.
120 grams of onion.
3 cloves of garlic.
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce.
110 grams of flour.
salt, black pepper.
Grind the pumpkins and onion in a glass container, add salt and leave in the container until they release juice. Do not spill their juice.
Add the minced garlic cloves, the spicy pepper sauce, a slightly beaten egg and mix it all well.
Place the pan and let it heat up to 135 °C.
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and spoon the mixture.
Fry them until both sides are golden and crispy.
When the cutlets are ready, dry their fat with kitchen paper and serve with a fresh salad.
