Vegetarian couscous

Ingredients:
120 g couscous,
200 ml water,
salt,
pepper,
20 g butter,
150 g corn,
150 g peas ,
half a red onion, one green pepper
,
one red pepper,
juice from half a lemon
Preparation:
Place the couscous in a deep bowl. Pour boiling water into which you have added salt and pepper.
Cover the container with a lid and after a few minutes add the butter and mix the couscous with a fork so that it becomes crumbly.
Boil corn and peas in salted water and drain well.
Chop red pepper and green pepper, red onion and add to couscous, along with corn and peas.
Sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon and toss the salad.
Serve cold.
