Liptao/ Antipasto with biscuits
Ingredients:

1 packet of salty biscuits
200 g of cottage cheese
200 g of sour cream
100 g of pickled cucumber
100 g of walnuts
4 cloves of
garlic Chili pepper
Olive oil
Dill

Preparation:

Combine the cottage cheese with the yogurt sauce and stir until the mixture is homogenized. Add some olive oil, pickled cucumber cut into small cubes, chopped walnuts, crushed garlic and some chili pepper seeds. At the end, we adjust the taste with salt and pepper and we have it ready to serve.

With this sauce we also prepare an antipasto. Coat the biscuits with the layer of liptao sauce, place the biscuit on top as a sandwich. We pass them in chopped dill and put them on a plate.
