Preparation of Beef with Yoghurt

500 beef pulp

500 ml yogurt

Salt

Black pepper

Red pepper

1 tablespoon of butter

1 tablespoon of olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

Preparation

To start, AP instructs you to cut the fresh beef into small pieces.

Marinate the meat with salt and a little black pepper and let it rest for a few minutes.

Then, put a pan on the fire, add some butter and some olive oil.

Add the beef pieces and fry well on both sides until the meat is done.

Then, remove the meat from the pan and set aside.

Leave the pan on the fire and add a little olive oil and butter there again until the butter is completely dissolved, add a teaspoon and a little red pepper, mix and remove from the fire.

Beat the yogurt in a bowl with a little salt and add the cloves of garlic, which you must have previously crushed.

Put the yogurt on a plate, put the pieces of beef you fried on top of the yogurt and sprinkle with the olive oil, butter and red pepper that you prepared in the pan and the recipe is ready.

This dish can be served on a large plate but also on smaller plates by dividing the mass according to the desired portions and following the same process as above.
