Baked apple with cinnamon and dried fruit

Ingredients:
4 large yellow apples
100 g of brown sugar
65 g chopped walnuts
40 g of raisins
50 grams of butter
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
¼ teaspoon cloves
120 ml of orange juice
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix well the sugar, walnuts, raisins, butter, cinnamon and cloves, until it becomes a stable mass.
Cut about 1 cm from the top of the apples, to the end of their tail.
With a spoon, scrape the core of the apples to remove the seeds and create a hole, but without going all the way through, just form a hollow in the heart of the apples.
Fill the apple cavities with 2 tablespoons of the mixture prepared in step 1, and sprinkle the rest of the mixture over them.
Place the apples, hollow side up, in a deep glass dish.
Drizzle the apples with the orange juice and pour the juice around the apples.
Bake the apples for 30-40 minutes at 190 degrees, according to the desired softness of the apples.
Pour the remaining juice over the apples and serve warm.
