Pispili with spinach and green onions
Ingredients:
500 grams of spinach
3 green onions
200 g of white cheese
100 ml of olive oil
1 cup corn flour
1 glass of milk
2 eggs
Salt, pepper
Parsley, dill
Preparation:
After washing the spinach, chop it and crush it by hand, then squeeze it until the excess water comes out and put it in a bowl. Add the eggs, onion, cheese, half of the milk, oil, salt, pepper, parsley and dill. Stir well and at the end add three tablespoons of corn flour.
Add a little olive oil at the end and place the pispilia in a pan greased with oil and well dusted with corn flour. We spread it with a spoon and again pour corn flour and milk on top of the mass to moisten the surface. Spray it with olive oil and bake it at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
