Meatballs with Tomato Sauce

Prepared at home and baked in the oven, accompanied by a fresh tomato sauce, the taste of this dish definitely brings the whole family to the table.
Ingredients
300-400 gr of minced meat
2 onions 2
slices of bread 1 egg
4-5
tablespoons of flour for the meatballs
Half a tablespoon of sauce
4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
2-4 tomatoes
1 tablespoon of sauce
3-4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tea cups of water for the sauce
Salt, pepper, parsley.

To prepare the sauce:
In a pan, add olive oil and finely chopped onions, stirring until their volume decreases.
At this moment we add the flour, fry it with the onions for a few seconds and then add the finely chopped tomatoes.
Fry them all together for two minutes and then add water, vinegar, salt, pepper, a bay leaf and crushed garlic.
Leave until they take a wave. This mass is then poured into the meatballs, which we placed in a pan and put in a preheated oven and left for 20-30 minutes.
After they are removed from the oven, finely chopped fresh parsley is thrown on top.
