Baked Sea Bass with Potatoes Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
(The ingredients below are for 4-5 people) 4-5 sea bass fish

700 grams of potatoes

Olive oil

1 lemon, cut into slices

Rosemary

Salt

2-3 bay leaves

PREPARATION:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices and place them in a pan;

Add salt, rosemary and olive oil to the potatoes.

Clean the fish well with running water

Salt it, if you prefer you can add some rosemary and bay leaves between the fish pieces.

Cut a lemon into thin slices and place two slices inside each fish.

Place the fish on top of the potatoes in the pan.

Sprinkle the fish with a little olive oil and lemon juice, add a glass of water to the pan and bake in the preheated oven until golden.
