Tasqebap with beef

Ingredients
600 g beef
3-4 onions
1 tbsp flour
125 ml wine
1 tbsp sauce
2 tomatoes, grated
2-3 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
4 tbsp olive oil
Salt, black pepper
Preparation
First, wash the meat, dry it and cut it into small cubes. Cut the onions thinly into cubes or thin slices. We put the oil in the pot and as soon as it heats up, we first put the meat and cook it until it absorbs its juice.
Then we add the onions and garlic and continue to cook together until the meat and onions take on a slightly bright yellow color. We dust it with a little flour and mix it a little, extinguishing it with wine. Then add the sauce and the grated tomatoes and a bay leaf.
Put the lid on and let the cooking boil for 10 minutes at medium temperature. Adjust it with salt and black pepper, add a little warm water to cover the meat and let it boil again at a medium temperature until the fork is easily inserted into the meat.
