Popular singer Cher has recently been sued after allegedly kidnapping her son, Elijah Blue Allman.

According to some court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, the incident happened just as Elijah was trying to make up with his wife on their wedding anniversary.

It is understood that he is now in a rehab in Pasadena, California, after collapsing on the sidewalk at the entrance of the hotel.
