Genc Prelvukaj: We live to see when borders are pushed and we breathe in a country

For the 110th anniversary of the Independence of Albania, the singer Genc Prelvukaj did not miss a congratulation.

Genci has shared some photos on social networks where he appears in clothes with national motifs together with his partner from Albania, Eni Koçi.

"The white dress and the red flag with a black vulture have traveled a long time with the Albanians. In every wedding and death, war and assembly, we have carried them with honor preserved with our lives", he said.

"With fire and sword they crushed us as a people, divided us as a territory, chased and killed us as people, but they never alienated us and made us disappear. We remained Albanians, because our blood can't bear other names", continued the creator of the hit "Albanian".

And in the end, Genci hopes that the borders will be completely removed and we will be a single state, adding: "Congratulations on the most beautiful day we have as a nation. Let's live to see when the borders are broken and we breathe in a single country"
