The new 100 million euro tower in Tirana, who will build it?

Now the construction of towers has become common in the capital, one of them is the "Tirana Multifunctional Center" designed by the Danish studio Cebra and will be built by the Albanian company, "Nova Construction 2012". The Danes list this company as the client who commissioned the project.
"This project promotes the identity, history and cultural heritage of Tirana and Albania. We look forward to the implementation. Client: Nova Construction 2012," says the Danish studio.
The new tower located in the flower garden behind the Palace of Culture will be 185 meters and 47 floors, becoming the tallest building in Albania.
From the data in the National Business Center, Nova Construction was founded in December 2012 with the object of building single and multi-story buildings.

The owners of the company for the construction of the tower are Ilir and Kujtim Shtufi with 91 and 9 percent of the shares.
