The English police have handcuffed 3 Albanian citizens after they were caught with drugs. It is learned that one of them is a former member of the Armed Forces.

After speaking to battered and bruised Glen Xhaferri, 26, Redjon Murat, 28, and Anis Plaku, 29, police found their abandoned car containing thousands of pounds.

A further search of their home in Bradford led to the discovery of over £150,000 worth of drugs and anti-spyware equipment.

Xhaferri, is a graduate in engineering and Plaku, a former soldier of the Albanian Armed Forces, who has also served in Afghanistan, were sentenced to three years in prison. While Murat was sent to more than two years at Bradford Crown Court on Thursday.

After the attack on their property they rushed to Bradford Royal Infirmary on 27 February.

Police found an Audi A5 abandoned near the hospital where the Albanians were, containing £84,000 in a black bag on the back seats.

The three Albanians were then arrested and officers went to search the bungalow where they lived in Queensbury. Police managed to find 16kg of cannabis worth £151,710 and £35,000 cash in a wardrobe. Other items found include an anti-spy detector, €1,000, mobile phones and £240.
