Details from the file, journalist Hoxha warns: Major developments will

The autumn that has just arrived may bring a storm in Albanian politics, as Artan Hoxha, the journalist known for his deep investigations, warns of major developments that will significantly shake the political scene. According to Hoxha, the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK) is preparing for a series of sensational actions, including high-level arrests affecting key figures of Albanian politics. In an interview for Euronews, Hoxha breaks down the files that are being examined and sheds light on the expected events that will take place until the end of February 2025. This is a decisive moment for justice in Albania and the expected developments will be decisive for the future of the accused and for the transparency of the country's institutions.

"This September joke is left by the former prosecutor Adriatik Llalla, who constantly said that in September new things will happen, and at the end of September he ran away in this story himself. It is not so easy to dismantle this calcification of the political elite of this country. Today we have a very rich political elite, we have never had and never thought of it. And this is a very big problem. We have politicians today who are much richer than the country's biggest businessmen. And that's why SPAK was created, to hit the two main directions that control money in this country. Precisely politics and the world of crime. Today we have politicians who are richer than the businessmen themselves.

And this has become a problem. We have politicians who are so capable, have so many assets, human resources and above all economic resources, capable of destabilizing the country. They constantly create crises in this country and we are seeing it. To hold hostage one political force or the other and we are seeing this. Where does all this come from? From economic power. If you don't have economic power, you're out of the game. And the creation of this economic potential that they have, it makes them sit down and sometimes make deals. SPAK's task since it was created was divided into two parts. The part that will hit political corruption and the part that will hit organized crime. The thing in between is the business that connects the two sides because it takes the money of corruption and organized crime and legalizes it. Justice is not done by SPAK, it is done by the Court. And we still haven't seen a legal battle, starting with Mr. Berisha's case, he contested the Court's decision, if he had appeared he could have won his freedom, but it could happen like Mr. Beqaj who appeared and ended up in prison. Today we are faced with this situation, does SPAK have files in their hands?

The crime that shocked Italy / What prompted the 17-year-old to kill his mother, father and brother?
Yes, and very important. But especially at the political level and the expectation is there. If you look at the movements of the last few months, it seems as if the agreements or tolerances made by the opposition-majority are united by one point, the neutralization or limitation of SPAK. This is a year which culminates with next year's spring elections, and as such SPAK is very important, at least until the end of February next year, SPAK will be very important to clean up the upcoming election process as much as possible.

The case of January 21 will have investigations, the Prosecutor's Office has made an action plan. SPAK and BKH, I believe that they will act immediately by calling the people who should have been called and have not been called so far. From what I know so far, I believe that the most important political figures in the country will be called there. Ndrea Prendi, the testimony he gave in SPAK, last time was not for January 21. It is an issue that we will look at in the future.

It is an issue that culminates with the election campaign, therefore we will have some developments that will not coincidentally overlap with the political developments in the country, because we have an election campaign that has never happened in Albania, with a political force that demands a fourth term and with an opposition that has come from an extraordinary crisis. The opposition needs to stand up again and face the crisis in its ranks, but also face the opponent to make a political change. From the whole picture I made, there will be developments that will make the winter look even hotter than the summer.
