Unusual in Puka/ Police container "disappears", ends up in tourist facility, embezzlement investigation begins

In an unusual case in Puka, a container structure previously installed as a police station in Qafë Shllakë has disappeared from the State Police inventory and has been discovered as part of a tourist structure on the outskirts of the city.
The container, located in this area after the riots and looting that occurred along the Fushë Arrëz-Kukës axis, was part of the equipment owned by the Puka Local Police. Its disappearance was discovered after the appointment of the new head of this structure and the conduct of an inventory inspection, where the physical absence of the container was ascertained.
After verifications, the Police initiated criminal proceedings against citizen PL, 60 years old, while the materials were referred to the Prosecution for the criminal offense of "embezzlement of property".
The defendant justified himself by stating that the container was given to him verbally by one of the former leaders of the Puka Police. However, preliminary verifications show that there is no official document that supports this claim. As part of the investigation, the former police officer mentioned in the defendant's testimony is also expected to be summoned.
