The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has seized property worth 50 million euros of Krisjan Boçi, convicted for drugs in Belgium, Elman Abule and 5 other people, as they were suspected of being involved in the money laundering scheme in Albania, where the wives of theirs.
Among the assets seized are 14 commercial units, bank accounts, shops, garages, apartments and a vehicle worth 117 thousand euros owned by Kristjan Boç.
The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana informs that the investigations have shown that Elman Abule, who has served a sentence for drug trafficking in Belgium within criminal groups, has established a number of commercial companies with the aim of masking his illegal activities. with activities considered as legal.
It is reported that Elman Abule, through the creation of a series of companies, some of them under the administration of Kristjan Boçit and citizens with the initials VA, have created a real money laundering scheme.
"From the investigations it was established that some fictitious actions were carried out, such as: sale - purchase of a vehicle, where on the same day the cancellation of the legal action was carried out, selling the vehicle at a very high price, taking loans from the bank of the second level, at unjustified levels, where the bank itself, surprisingly, is also the guarantor of the amounts given", informs the investigative body.
It also results that fictitious companies have been created, which, despite not having performed any financial activity, have had a significant increase in their share capital. Loans were given in significant amounts, but without justifying the legal source of their creation, as well as companies with joint quotas were created between the citizen with the initials EA and Kristjan Boç, or between Kristjan Boç and Elman Abule, being determined large values of quotas, but not repaid by the respective partners, the purchase of shares with significant values, but illegitimate source of income, etc.
Kristjan Boçi's seized assets:
- Property of the "Unit" type, with a purchase price of ALL 9,300,000;
- Property of the "Unit" type, with a purchase price of 600,000 Euros;
- Property of the "Shop" type, with an area of 222 m2;
- Property of the type "Shop" with an area of 220.8 m2 and a veranda with an area of 285 m2;
- Property "Apartment", with a surface area of 201.8 m2;
- Property "Garage" with an area of 18.9 m2;
- Property "Garage" with a total value of 25,000 Euros or 3,425,000 ALL (25,000 Euros each); AND
- Property of the "Car" type, of the "Mercedez Benz" type, in the amount of 117,000 Euros.
