Operation 'Tempulli' in Fier, they were distributing cannabis near schools, 2 people were arrested

Two people have been handcuffed in the city of Fier, as part of the mega-operation 'Tempulli'. One of the arrested, 15 years old, prosecuted several times before, in a free state, due to his age, for the same criminal activity. These citizens were caught in the act, with several doses of cannabis, during the attempt to sell them, near a gymnasium in the city of Fier.
Following the procedural actions for this case, during the inspection of the residences of these citizens, the Police found and seized 3 bags of narcotic cannabis sativa (in the form of a bottle) weighing 830 grams. These citizens had prepared and distributed the narcotic substance, in doses, with the aim of selling it near the schools.
POLICE NOTICE:
Fier/The police mega-operation codenamed "Tempulli" continues, for the attack on the criminal activity of distributing narcotics near schools. As a result of the patrols around every school in the district, to guarantee the implementation of the Security Package in these premises, as well as with the support of police intelligence, another case of distribution of narcotics near the schools was identified and dealt with.
Collaborators for the sale of doses of cannabis sativa, near a gymnasium, put 2 citizens in handcuffs.

Si rezultat i patrullimeve me shërbime shtesë, në afërsi të çdo shkolle në territorin e qarkut, me qëllim përmbushjen e objektivave madhorë, zbatimin e Paketës për Sigurinë në shkolla dhe parandalimin e depërtimit të krimeve, në këto ambiente, specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të DVP Fier, shërbimet e forcave të posaçme Operacionale dhe “Shqiponja” dhe shërbimet e Komisariatit të Policisë Fier, në vijim të megaoperacionit policor të koduar “Tempulli”, goditën një tjetër rast të shpërndarjes së lëndëve narkotike, në afërsi të këtyre ambienteve.
Shërbimet e Policisë vunë në pranga shtetasin J. H., 18 vjeç dhe një 15-vjeçar të dy banues në Fier. Këta shtetas u kapën në flagrancë, me disa doza cannabisi, gjatë tentativës për t’i shitur ato, në afërsi të një gjimnazi në qytetin e Fierit.
Në vijim të veprimeve procedurale për këtë rast, gjatë kontrollit në banesat e këtyre shtetasve, Policia gjeti dhe sekuestroi 3 qese me lëndë narkotike cannabis sativa (në formë boçeje) me peshë 830 gramë. Këta shtetas e kishin përgatitur dhe ndarë lëndën narkotike, në doza, me qëllim shitjen e saj, në afërsi të shkollave.
Qeset me cannabis dhe dozat u sekuestruan në cilësinë e provës materiale.
Nga verifikimet rezultoi se 15-vjeçari është përdorur më parë për të kryer këtë veprimtari kriminale, nga shtetasi E. M., 26 vjeç, banues në Fier, i arrestuar më datë 19.08.2023, për veprat penale “Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotikëve" dhe “Largimi i të burgosurit nga vendi i qëndrimit”.
Në bashkëpunim me Prokurorinë, vijojnë hetimet për identifikimin dhe kapjen e shtetasve të tjerë të implikuar në këtë veprimtari kriminale.
