One of the most coveted hierarchical positions in Albania and everywhere in the world is undoubtedly the position of the owner of a company or otherwise known as "CEO". But how many individuals hold management titles in Albania and what is their average income?
In order to give an answer to the above question, "Scan Intel" has analyzed the figures for 694,356 individuals, according to the data of April last year, made public only a short time ago. Thus, it turns out that in Albania there are at least 33,800 executives declared to the tax authorities, some of whom are named as "Presidents", "Directors", "Heads of Institutions" and "Administrators".
If we make a simple ratio between 33 thousand managers and the number of employees in total, we will see that this weight is fixed at 5%, which means that in Albania there is 1 "Director" for every 20 employees.
But how many variations of managers do we always have in the country according to the above list and how are the latter ranked, referring to the average salary?

Sa i përket renditjes sipas të ardhurave mujore, kryesojnë listën “Drejtuesit në Fushën e Zhvillimit” me një pagë mesatare bruto pranë 2,25 mln lekëve në muaj. Nuk përbëjnë aspak surprizë tre vendet që ndjekin në vijim.
“Drejtuesit pranë Institucioneve Financiare dhe Sigurime” renditen të dytët në listë me një pagë mesatare bruto pranë 1.2 mln lekëve në muaj. Fill pas tyre , vijnë “Drejtuesit në Multimedia”, me një pagë mesatare bruto pranë 600 mijë lekëve, ndërkohë që “Drejtuesit në Shërbimet e Transportit, Naftës dhe Gazsjellësve” mbajnë vendin e katërt me rreth 500 mijë lekë pagë mujore bruto mesatarisht. “Drejtuesit e Drejtorive të Shërbimeve Operacionale”, “Drejtuesit e Përgjithshëm në Telekomunikacion”, “Drejtorët e Riskut”, “Kryetarët e Gjykatave dhe Organeve Ligjvënëse”, dhe “Drejtuesit në Shërbimet e Teknologjisë, IT dhe Informatikës”, “Drejtuesit në Shërbimet Shëndetësore” ndërkohë mbyllin 10 vendet e para të listës.
But even the last two places in this ranking come as a surprise. With an average gross monthly salary of 30,000 lek, "Political Party Leaders" hold the penultimate place, while "Film and Cinematography Directors" are at the bottom of the list, with an average monthly salary of about 25,000 lek with about 35 directors in total , for both categories taken together.
So, in the conditions of a population with about 2 million inhabitants in active working condition, with the assumption that everyone would be employed, we would have about 100,000 "Directors" or in other words the chances of becoming a leader in Albania are high ./Scan
