A police officer in Shkodra has been suspended from duty by decision of the director of the local police in that city.

This concerns the Police Officer Deputy Commissioner PM, as the reason for his suspension from duty was an article that he had published on his social media profile, and then the article was published on an online portal.

According to the authorities, in this case, Deputy Commissioner PM has violated the law, while it is reported that the Directorate of Professional Standards at the General Directorate of the State Police has launched a disciplinary investigation against him.

It seems that the article is related to the electoral campaign, as the Police says that it is an institution of state administration, depoliticized, and separated from political entities.
