Asian workers on the blacklist! Their visas were refused/they used Albania as a springboard to the EU

Asian employees seem to have been blacklisted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which refuses them visas to stay and work in Albania.
Although there is no official published order, foreigners from Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka or India are no longer legally welcome to work in our country. The precedents created by people recruited earlier who used Albania as a springboard to leave for Europe and suddenly leave the workplace, not only did not solve the employment crisis here due to emigration, but also influenced negative comments. for the country of the eagles, becoming an obstacle for this entire ethnicity.
The most damaged in these circumstances, apart from the Albanian entrepreneurs who are still suffering for employees, are the employment agencies, which have spent significant sums of money for foreigners from developing countries in connection with the application for Albanian visas. Complaints addressed to the Directorate of Consular Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are numerous, objecting to the cancellation of visas for hundreds of employees from Bangladesh or Nepal, but in the answers received, it is stated that the cancellation decision is indisputable.
In the e-mails obtained exclusively by Top Channel, the employment agencies insist on reviewing the documentation of Asian employees who, according to them, are in accordance with the "Foreigners" law, while also listing the costs of the application, which amount to approximately 20,000 ALL new for one person, while an employment company applies for dozens of employees. The fees in detail are 8,000 lek for the unique permit, 1,300 lek for the translation and notarization of the trade certificate, the legalization of the certification document 50 euros and the cost of postage for sending and receiving the work contract is 50 euros. However, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasizes that it negatively evaluates the request for reapplying with the argument that it is this category of employees that has tarnished Albania.
"Following the appeal on the refusal of visas of citizens from Bangladesh, we would like to inform you that these citizens are a potential category of departure from the Albanian territory; problematic citizens thus negatively affecting the image and efforts of our country for membership in the European Union", declares the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.
Even the National Employment Agency and the border police have also not allowed the renewal of the visas of Asian employees who have been in Albania for more than a year and have been seriously represented at work. Also, the visas of employees from Nepal or Bangladesh who were provided with visas for the new tourist season, but who had not yet arrived, have been cancelled./TCH
