Wanted for the murder of Edmond Papa, RENEA arrested on August 28, 48-year-old Andrew Bode and his friends who sheltered him in Memaliaj, Julian Kalemi and Andrea Kalemi. It is learned that Bode had gone to his friends for consolation regarding the serious event of July 21, where Shyqyri Kalemi and two employees Marsel Çela and Bledar Muka were killed in the bar, while Artur Kalemi was injured and is in the hospital.

In 2022, this citizen, in collaboration with 2 others, is suspected of being the perpetrators of the murder of the citizen EP. Following the procedural actions, the Section against Serious Crimes arrested the citizen JK, who has sheltered the wanted citizen. The operation continued in Memaliaj, carrying out a search in the residence of the AK citizen. During the search, the Police services found and seized as material evidence 1 automatic firearm, 1 shotgun, 1 cartridge necklace, combat cartridges, 2 silencers, 1 bulletproof vest, 40,145 euros, 438,550 new leks and 3,470 dollars. The AK citizen was arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense of 'Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition'. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Gjirokastër, for further actions. How was Edmond Pope killed?

Edmond Papa, 49 years old, was shot in the Selita area of ​​Tirana, while he was in a nearby bar, on "Fadil Bodinaku" street. The 49-year-old was taken to the hospital, but he did not survive his injuries.
