Arrested today in Tirana/ Who is Elvis Gaçaj, member of the Duka clan? Suspected of the murder of Santiago Malko

Tirana police arrested a person who was carrying a firearm, convicted several times for possession of weapons, narcotics and robbery, Elvis Gaçaj, as well as his friend Marsel Dobi for failing to report a crime.
Elvis Gacaj, known as a member of the Duka clan, was also suspected of the murder of Santiago Malko. He was arrested in Durrës earlier in 2019 for this incident.
Gaxhaj was also handcuffed in April 2018, along with Leonard Duka, in an apartment near the "Partizani" school.
The capital's police found a pistol and narcotics in the apartment. The court decided to keep the two defendants under "house arrest" for the time being.
Elvis Gaçaj's name would come to the fore in the assassination attempt of October 1, 2015. He escaped the massacre in which the two people in his car were killed.
