The full decision of the court, which issued a protection order to Prince Leka II Zogu and Elia Zaharian, who sued each other for violence, has been revealed.
In the document provided by Tch, it is emphasized that the Prince can approach the Royal Palace, only in cases where he will meet the minor girl.
After accepting Elias' lawsuit, the court ordered "the issuance of an immediate protection order for him:
"The defendant Leka II Zogu is immediately ordered not to commit or threaten to commit a crime of domestic violence against the plaintiff Elia Zogu.
The defendant Leka II Zogu is immediately ordered not to approach the plaintiff Elia Zogu, beyond a distance of 5 meters.
The defendant Leka II Zogu is immediately ordered not to stay in the apartment where the plaintiff Elia Zogu lives, which is located at Rruga Murat Toptani, Royal Residence Villa no. 6, Tirana, except when he has meeting times with the minor child. Geraldine Zogu.
The respondent Leka II Zogu has the right to meet and stay with the minor child from Monday to Friday, from 16:00 to 18:00 and on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 to at 1:00 p.m., the pick-up and delivery of the child will be done in the presence of the nanny."
The court also accepted the lawsuit from Prince Leka and issued the immediate protection order for him:
"The defendant Elia Zogu is immediately ordered not to commit or threaten to commit an act of violence against the plaintiff Leka II Zogu.
The defendant Elia Zogu is immediately ordered not to violate or threaten the plaintiff Leka II Zogu.
The defendant Elia Zogu is immediately ordered not to approach the plaintiff, the apartment where the plaintiff Leka II Zogu lives, his workplace or other places he frequents, beyond a distance of 5 meters.
The defendant Elia Zogu is immediately ordered not to stay in the apartment where she lives, which is located at Rruga Murat Toptani, Royal Residence Villa no. 6, Tirana, during the meeting hours of the plaintiff Leka II Zogu with the minor child Geraldina Zogu.

This immediate protection order takes effect on March 7, 2024.
The trial date for the confirmation of this order will be on March 21, at 114:00.

Violation of this decision constitutes a criminal offense, according to article 320 and 321 of the Criminal Code."
