After signing the arms deal with Saudi Arabia, US President Donald Trump has declared that he will make a deal with Iran.
At the start of the press statement, Trump accused Iran of trying to destroy the region and foment wars abroad.
"I am not here simply to condemn the past chaos of Iran's leaders, but to offer them a new path and a much better path to a more hopeful future," Trump said.
He further emphasized, "I want to make a deal with Iran. If it comes to fruition, I will be very happy."
He says that if Iran's leadership rejects this and "continues to attack its neighbors, then we will have no choice but to apply maximum pressure" and drive Iranian oil exports to zero.
