Wake up, man, a new day is dawning...
I go out into the street and see tired faces, eyes that look with uncertainty, people who behave as if they are haunted by the shadow of something invisible. Fear has entered their minds. Not a natural fear, but something fed by a system that holds them hostage.
On social networks, the same people who are silent in the streets, give "likes" without thinking about the government, even though they say to themselves "Fuck you" and "Don't blow your mind". They read only empty promises all the time, but they don't have the courage to demand change. Some console themselves with the "qokë" by repeating to themselves the comforting phrase "no one has done anything for me, everyone is the same".
What is happening? It is the fear of a job, of a legalization that never comes, of a cousin who may be fired.
This is the fear of a system that rules with fines, pressure and dependence.
This is not the Albania we deserve!
This is a panorama that we find in the poor neighborhoods of Brazil, Venezuela or Cambodia. But Albania is none of them! And above all, Albanians are not slaves to anyone! We must agree on something, where there is fear there is no opposition. And a people without opposition is like a sailing ship with its mast broken in the middle of the sea.
How do you put up with this reality for so long? Isn't it easier to regain your dignity, to live without fear, like your relatives in the West? The solution is simpler than it seems: Don't vote for the old politics!
When the system that oppresses you holds you hostage, despises you, it has no reason to take your vote anymore, it must collapse. Change happens faster than you think. Instead of lowering your head and obeying, raise it with courage. and take revenge; Don't vote for them, vote away this cancerous and rotten 35-year-old policy. Because the saying is true; every people deserves the government they have, but in our case Albania deserves more. Now is the time!
