Russian influencer suffers from "Stiletto Challenge", breaks her back trying to stand on a jar in heels

An influential mother has broken her spine after participating in the viral "Stiletto Challenge," inspired by Nicki Minaj.
Mariana Barutkina, 32, tried to balance on a jar of baby food placed on an overturned pot - all while wearing very high heels.
Footage shows the moment she attempts to do the awkward position over her kitchen island, before falling backwards and crashing to the floor.
This came after the "Stiletto Challenge" went viral on social media - a risky move that attempts to recreate the famous pose from Nicki Minaj's "High School" music video.
In that video, the rapper appears next to a pool, in high heels, kneeling with one leg crossed over the other.
Mariana, a nail stylist from Yekaterinburg, Russia, said she did this challenge just eight weeks after giving birth.
She said: “I decided to start a blog, my first shoot — and here I am, leaving the hospital with a diagnosis.
"Irony? Karma? Or just life, which always tests us at the most unexpected moment."
She suffered a compression and flexion fracture in her spine — forcing her to wear a corset for three months.
The video went viral in Russia, where many people criticized the influencer, who became a mother for the first time, for putting fame over caring for her baby.
One commenter wrote: " Irony? Karma? Stupidity and courage."
Another added: "To live to be 32, have children, but not gain a single bit of wisdom - you have to try really hard for that."
