The Dutch Military Intelligence Agency stated that hybrid attacks by Russian hackers against the Netherlands and its allied countries in Europe have increased.

The agency stressed that these attacks will increase even more after the possible end of the war in Ukraine.

"We see the Russian threat against Europe growing and this will continue even after the possible end of the war against Ukraine.

In the Netherlands, we saw the first act of cyber sabotage against a public service with the aim of securing control of the system.

Western countries have reported that hybrid threats from Russia and China have become increasingly aggressive in recent years.
