South Korea has no doubt, Intelligence chief: Kim Jong Un will be replaced by...

South Korea's National Intelligence Service chief Lee Jong-seok has revealed that he believes the daughter of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is likely to be the one to succeed him, Yonhap news agency reported, citing lawmakers who attended the intelligence agency's closed-door briefing.

"She can be considered a successor. This conclusion is based not only on signs, but also on reliable intelligence," Lee said.

The lawmakers also said that, according to the intelligence agency, the recent tank ride by Kim's daughter could be "a homage to Kim Jong Un," emphasizing the continuity of power.

Previously, the Dong-A Ilbo newspaper highlighted that in 2010, Kim Jong Un, who was 26 years old at the time, was driving a tank supervised by his father Kim Jong Il.

Kim Jong Un's daughter, called Kim Ju Ae in Western media, often accompanies her father to public events, including weapons tests.
