A scandalous video has been published in Russian media where an army general is seen naked as he sends indecent images to women as his soldiers are torn apart by artillery shells on the war front in Ukraine.
59-year-old General Alexander Matovnikov, commander of the Russian ground forces, seems to have done this for the second time as he has been blamed for the failures of his troops on the Kursk battle front, writes the British network The Sun.
But as his soldiers are torn apart on the battlefield, he thinks about showing his private parts to an unnamed woman on the Internet.
Alexander is seen opening the towel to expose himself to the camera, making the gestures of a mental patient, rather than a man who should set an example and lead the battle.
Then in the video, he promises the woman on the other side of the camera: "If you want to come here next week, we'll take a steam bath."
"You just have to have shoes because the floor is all holes," he adds, according to The Sun.
Among other vulgarities, the general tells the woman that he "loves her very much" and expects to meet soon.
This is not the first time that Alexander has found himself in such a position, as a similar scandal was published in February last year, but his boss Putin does not appear to have taken any disciplinary action despite the negative publicity.
Ukrainian media said about the incident last year that they had recorded the video with a spy drone.
The 'Union' network wrote: "This stripper in the video is deputy commander of the Russian ground forces, former presidential envoy Alexander Matovnikov."
"As you see the best representatives of Russia are sent to support Alexander [Lukashenko]."
"We should not be surprised by what happened at the Machulischi airfield in Belarus."
Matovnikov has a string of medals and has been photographed next to Putin.
The VChK-OGPU channel on the Telegram network says that the general's failures on the battlefield are because he was "busy taking a sauna and sending vulgar videos."
The "naked" general has been married twice and has three children, writes the British network The Sun.
