Towards Europe with the "bus" of Rama or with the "express train" of Brussels?

During the last meeting of the summit for the Western Balkans held in Slovenia, two alternatives appeared for Albania's path to the European Union:
The first alternative talked about the introduction of Albania into Europe with the bus of Rama in 2030 without fulfilling the tasks.
While the second and more serious alternative was related to the fulfillment of homework and the introduction of Albania into Europe as soon as it fulfills the established conditions without having any time limit.
What are the tasks to be solved in the express train:
1. Limitation of mandates for the Prime Minister, ministers and deputies.
2 . Renunciation of endless abusive concessions.
3 . The removal of the submission law, which exempts any public official from liability 10 years after they have left office.
4 . The real determination of the reference prices in the construction of various facilities according to the European standard (eg highways not 20 million euro km2)
5 . Determination of real policies for the return of the displaced (over 200 thousand displaced persons, all young men and women)
6 . The vetting of politicians as an urgent need for the normalization of the political class in the country.
7 . Drafting of the new electoral code that prevents the manipulation, alienation or massive theft of votes.
8 . The tightening of laws for the indiscriminate punishment of criminal acts.
9. Ndërhyrje urgjente me një plan konkret masash për uljen e nivelit të varfërisë.
10. Krijimi i një sistemi të mirëfilltë arsimor që mban larg duart e politikës nga arsimi.
I dashur Macron, e dashur Francë, fort e dashur Europe, ne shqiptarët jemi të vetëdijshëm që nuk kemi plotësuar shumë prej kushteve për të qenë pjesë e familjes europiane ketu e 30 vite.
