Why are non-party names being massacred by the Berishaist DP!?

The three non-political names that were rumored as possible candidates to engage in the capital's political race, for the first time, aroused a double reaction: on the one hand, they were welcomed with enthusiasm and sympathy by civil society, by those citizens who are not part of parties, and, on the other hand, they are facing unjustified hostility within the rigid structures of the Democratic Party.

Instead of being seen as an opportunity for opening, revitalizing, and refreshing the opposition, they are being portrayed by the 'brainiacs' as "Soros agents" or as figures who do not meet the party's standards.

So, instead of serving as a moment of reflection, this situation within the opposition and the Democratic Party has turned into a display of uncertainty and fear.

This behavior does nothing but show the dire state of a party, which has problems not only with its leadership, but also with those who follow it with a spoon in their belt and a box around their neck for a few bucks.

For years, the Democratic Party under the leadership of Berisha has built a discourse with imaginary enemies, internal and external, spending so much energy and time that it has become part of its political identity, and at a time when this party should be opening up and looking beyond its own backyard, the instinct to maintain the status quo is revived, because if someone from outside comes, they will take away our party and our merits. According to this mindset, it is better to be in opposition and be ourselves, than for someone from outside to come, win and endanger our existence.

In the conditions in which the DP finds itself under the leadership of Berisha, the names that have been proposed would rather do honor to the Democratic Party and the opposition, and not the opposite.

However, if the DP fails to understand that in the situation it is in, it will only continue to deepen its losses and abyss, no name with a public profile and contribution should 'help' it get out of the hole it has sunk into and the mud it has dug itself into.
